Company Baustoff+Metall Ritam was founded in 2004 . as a joint venture between Ritam Inženjering, based in Belgrade, and Baustoff+Metall, headquartered in Vienna. The company’s mission is to deliver high-quality solutions in the supply of construction materials for finishing works across the Republic of Serbia. Building on the established market expertise of Ritam Inženjering and the extensive international experience of Baustoff+Metall, the newly formed company seamlessly integrates the strengths of both founders.

Marketing manager

Key Responsibilities

Determination of marketing goals in accordance with the business goals of the company
Creation and implementation of the marketing plan and activities at the level of month, quarter and year according to the established strategy of the company
Prepares, develops and implements marketing campaigns in cooperation with the sales department
Reporting to company management on activities and results achieved
Plans the annual budget for marketing in agreement with management
Actively communicates online and offline with all target audiences important for the company's work and development: institutions, media, business partners, as well as internal communication within the company

Qualifications

College or university degree
Experience in working in a similar position for at least 3 years

Planning and organizing procurement from manufacturers
Providing management with regular reports on business performance
Taking a proactive approach to achieving sales targets

Key Responsibilities

Collecting data on ongoing construction projects in Serbia
Establishing relationships with investors or general contractors (subcontractors) involved in these projects
Identifying market opportunities for selling B+M Ritam’s construction products
Establishing and maintaining long-term business relationships with clients
Professionally presenting these products (to investors/contractors) and providing the necessary technical documentation
Preparing commercial offers for product sales to investors or contractors, in coordination with the sales manager of the project area
Reporting to company management about current projects and business results
Proactively working towards achieving annual sales targets
Adhering to company standards and corporate culture
